Former Cardiff City striker Stuart Fleetwood returns to South Wales on Saturday intent on continuing his scoring spree.
Fleetwood has fired 14 goals for Weymouth FC since joining them on loan from Bath City and will pose a threat to Merthyr Town at Penydarren Park on Saturday (3pm).
The Martyrs are fifth in the Southern League Premier Division and on course to qualify for the play-offs.
Manager Gavin Williams and his team won 5-2 at Biggleswade Town in their last match and badly need to follow that up with a home victory.
Merthyr have suffered only one defeat at Penydarren Park in the league and with eight matches left they need to consolidate their position in the top five.
Only one team will gain automatic promotion and that looks likely to be leaders Chippenham Town, while the next four qualify for the play-offs.
Fleetwood joined Weymouth from Bath in October and is on loan until the end of this season. He joined Cardiff City on schoolboy forms at the age of 12 and made eight league appearances under Lennie Lawrence.
The Gloucester-born striker has also played for Hereford, Accrington, Forest Green, Charlton, Brighton, Exeter, Luton, Eastleigh, Sutton United and Bath.
“People sort of laugh and joke and say I have had more clubs than Tiger (Woods), but I think that shows I’m prepared to travel and I’m prepared to go and play football,” says former Wales under-21 international Fleetwood.
“I will drop down a league if I have to.
“Weymouth, of course, is an option for next season, it’s an option. We will speak at the end of the season and I will take it from there.
“I am not obviously going to say yes or no, but it’s a case of whatever happens. I am liking my football here and that’s 14 goals I have got now for Weymouth.
“I’ll just keep plugging away and see what happens.
“As an older player I go out there and work as hard as possible. Coming to my age now I don’t know how long I’ve got left, so I will score as many goals as I can.”
Saturday is also an ex-Players Day at Merthyr’s Loadlok Community Stadium, with the club have a Women At The Game Initiative.

The family of John Reddy will be unveiling a new photographic tribute in memory of the former club chairman who passed away last year.
There will also be a bucket collection in aid of Llamau UK, the leading Homelessness Charity for the most vulnerable young people and women in Wales.
The word Llamau means steps, progression or threshold in old Welsh.
