Bluebirds owner Vincent Tan is back in Cardiff.

He flew in from Malaysia to attend the Championship home match against Millwall at Cardiff City Stadium.

Tan proved a lucky mascot only 10 weeks ago when he watched his City team for the first time in more than two years and they defeated Aston Villa 3-0.

At the time Tan said he would be back again this season – and he arrived an hour or so before kick-off.

Tan’s relationship with manager Neil Warnock is solid and he says: “Neil is sensible. He is doing a great job and we are happy with him.

“We have a very good chance to get promotion. We will try to be humble and we hope for good luck because that is important.

I think we are lucky, we got good luck, we have got Neil.

“The fans should be together with us because we’re trying to do the right thing.”

Teams for the match:

Cardiff City: Etheridge, Peltier, Morrison, Manga, Bennett, Bamba, Mendez-Laing, Bryson, Ralls, Hoilett, Ward

Subs: Tomlin, Feeney, Halford, Paterson, Damour, Murphy, Bogle

Millwall: Archer, McLaughlin, Hutchinson, Cooper, Meredith, Wallace, Tunnicliffe, Saville, O’Brien, Gregory, Morison.

Subs: Craig, Thompson, Onyedinma, Ferguson, Romeo, Martin, Elliott.

Referee: Steve Martin
