Hoping to be confirmed in Team Wales for the Commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast in April, Marshall enjoyed a major breakthrough year in 2017 and will be looking for a wining start to what could be the biggest year of his career.

There is plenty of other Welsh interest in the prestigious event in Scotland. Cari Hughes runs in the British Women’s Under 20 team and Jake Heyward and Matt Willis are included in the Men’s Under 20 squad.
