DragonBet have priced up a number of markets as Wales prepare for their Euro 2025 tournament opener against the Netherlands.

Wales kick-start their Euro 2025 campaign against the Netherlands in Lucerne on Saturday.

As the lowest-ranked team in the tournament, Rhian Wilkinson's side are firm underdogs in Group D, with France and reigning champions England also drawn to face Wales in Switzerland.

And ahead of what will be the women's side's first ever showing at a major tournament, DragonBet have created a number of betting markets for the Red Wall.

Wales are priced at 200/1 to lift the trophy on July 27, while they are 50/1 to win their group.

With only the top two sides in each of the four pools progressing into the last eight of the competition, Wilkinson's side will almost certainly need an upset or two from their group stage fixtures.

They are priced at 16/1 to move into the quarter-finals, with Seattle Reign's Jess Fishlock and Leicester City's Hannah Cain priced at 5/2 each to score a goal.

As for the opener itself, Wales are priced at 12/1 to clinch all three points against the Dutch at the Swissporarena.

Few are expecting Wales to succeed in Switzerland. Opta give Wilkinson's side just a 9% chance of qualifying from their group.

The stats experts say Wales - who have never beaten a side ranked in the world's top 10 - have just a 2% chance of reaching the semi-final and a 1% chance of reaching the final.

But Wilkinson's side have already defied the odds to make it to the tournament in the first place, and Wales remain bullish about their chances in Switzerland this month.
