What's on in Wales

You can’t beat the early January whiff of a giant-killing in the FA Cup and Wrexham will he hoping the air is pungent on Friday night.

That’s when the high-flying Dragons will host Premier League Nottingham Forest in the third round of the FA Cup.

Expect sold out signs, plus plenty of re-runs of Mickey Thomas’s stunner that helped knock out Arsenal all those years ago.

Swansea City host West Bromwich Albion in the Cup on Sunday, whilst Cardiff City – who are already out of the Cup – have League One action away at Leyton Orient on Saturday.
