Lydia Hall shot another under par round to remain in contention at the $1million Aramco Saudi Ladies International.

The 32-year-old followed up her six under from the first round with a one under on her second round to move to -7.

Hall is two strokes off the lead taken by Denmark’s Emily Pedersen who shot a 68 on the par 72 Royal Greens Golf & Country club course on the Red Sea coast near Jeddah.

Becky Morgan made the cut on +4 in Saudi Arabia.

Overnight leader Georgia Hall has slipped to third on -6 after a second round 73.

Bridgend’s Hall is one of only three players who have beaten par on the opening two rounds in the first professional ladies event to be held in Saudi Arabia.

And there will be a Welsh quartet in the final two rounds as all four made the cut as the 110-strong field was trimmed.

Wrexham’s Chloe Williams is equal 29th after recovering from her disappointing finish to her opening round (75) with a one under round of 71 to be two over.

St Asaph’s Amy Boulden teeing off on the 12th on her way to a two under round.

St Asaph’s Amy Boulden was two under on her second round to be joint 37th on +4 along with Abergavenny’s Becky Morgan who was one over on Friday.
