The Cardiff Devils will be looking to give the Glasgow Clan another scare tonight (7.30).

The Devils, who have an 8-1-0 in the Elite League, gave the Scottish team nightmares earlier this season when they annihilated the Clan back at Ice Arena Wales on September 30th.

The Devils rioted in that game, racking up a 8-1 scoreline with eight different players getting on the scoresheet.

Tonight, the Glasgow Clan (6-5-0) will be looking to use their home advantage a play a trick or two on the Devils themselves.

Despite a mixed weekend in the Challenge Cup which saw the Cardiff Devils lose at home to the Guildford Flames and win at Coventry Blaze, the Devils are on a six-game win streak in the Elite League.

Ben Bowns is likely to be the Devils starting goaltender, that is despite a 34-save shutout performance by backup Thomas Murdy against the Blaze.

Joey Martin, Justin Faryna and Charles Linglet are also expected to ice after sitting out Sunday’s 4-0 win.

Recent signing Sam Duggan should make his second appearance for the team, his first in the Elite League.

The Glasgow Clan are coming off a 6-4 win, with Brendan Connolly scoring three goals against Milton Keynes Lightning.

The former Belfast Giant is the team’s leading scorer with 10 goals, 5 assists this season.

Joel Rumpel (GGA 3.31 / SVS% .896) is expected to be Glasgow’s starting goalie.
