Will Vaulks insists he has joined the “biggest club in Wales” after completing his move to Cardiff City. The Bluebirds – who have also confirmed the signings of targets Joe Day from Newport County and Curtis Nelson from Oxford – have tied up their deal with Rotherham for Vaulks for a fee which will rise to £3m with add-ons.
