Cardiff City v Swansea City Will Be A Derby Day Debut Live On S4C

Derby day in Welsh women’s football will be beamed into homes across Wales with the first live screening of next week’s clash between Cardiff City and Swansea City. The first live game to be televised from the Orchard Welsh Premier Women’s League will be broadcast on September 27 on S4C. The match, which will be played behind closed doors at the Leckwith Stadium on Sunday 27 September, will be shown live on Sgorio, with coverage starting at 3.50pm, kick off at 4.00pm.

Neil Warnock Tests Positive For Covid-19

Former Cardiff City manager Neil Warnock has tested positive for coronavirus, his current club Middlesbrough have announced. A club statement issued on Thursday morning confirmed that the 71-year-old returned a positive test following the club’s 2-0 Carabao Cup defeat on Tuesday, and will now remain in self-isolation until he has recovered. The statement read: “The club can confirm that our manager Neil Warnock has returned a positive test for Covid-19 and will be spending a period in isolation in accordance with guidelines.
