Rooney Shows Big Brother Wayne He Is Also Goal Scorer As Wrexham Win

Rooney, who made the switch from Chester this season, netted the opener after the break for his seventh goal of the season.

Fabio Saraiva levelled for the visitors with a low-level header four minutes later but Robbie Evans bagged the winner on the hour mark.

Keates said: “We made a few changes, freshened things up this week and we definitely deserved the three points.

James Jennings and Izale McLeod both made their debuts for the Dragons.

And Keates added: “We will go again this week and hopefully bring a few more faces in.”
