Harry Wilson has revealed he was inclined to join Bournemouth because of their reputation for attractive football.
The Wales winger has moved from Liverpool on a season-long loan and will help fill the gap left by his Welsh teammate David Brooks, who is facing three months on the sidelines with the Cherries following an ankle operation.
Wilson – who may also replace Brooks for Wales in their upcoming Euro qualifiers this autumn – will cost Bournemouth £2.5m plus £500,000 in performance-related bonuses.
But the 22-year-old had rejected other offers on the table and said: ““When Liverpool informed me it was a possibility to come here I was keen to get it sorted.
“I want to play Premier League football and with a great team like Bournemouth.

“With the style of play that Bournemouth are likely to play, I feel that I can fit right in and help the team a lot.
“It’s great to be here, great to finally get everything sorted and I can’t wait to meet all the staff and the lads,” Wilson told the club’s website.
Following previous spells with Crewe and Hull, Wilson spent last season on loan at Derby where he scored 17 times in 46 appearances as the Rams reached the Sky Bet Championship play-off final.
Wilson becomes Eddie Howe’s fifth signing of the summer following the arrivals of Lloyd Kelly, Jack Stacey, Philip Billing and Arnaut Danjuma.
