The live action will include Cardiff RFC hosting RGC in Super Rygbi Cymru and then Penarth facing Lampeter Town in a WRU Division 1 Cup tie.
Fans are also being encouraged to turn up early to watch Cardiff in action in Paris against Stade Francais in the first round of the EPCR Challenge Cup.
The artificial turf will ensure both games will be able to go ahead regardless of the rain.

Dan Fish’s Cardiff RFC side will be looking to get back to winning ways after losing back-to-back matches to Newport and Swansea.
“We were really good in patches last week against Swansea, and then not so good in others. We started a bit slow, but took control of the game towards the end of the half,” said acting Cardiff skipper Craig Hudd.
“The second half was a bit of an arm wrestle, and I think we played too much in the wrong areas and didn’t finish well. We didn’t control the game as well as we should have done.
“It felt like we just let the result slip away. The message this week is to play on the front foot and make the Arms Park a difficult place to come, as it has been for the last few years.
“We haven’t solidified that enough this year and we need to really make it a fortress. RGC are a well drilled outfit, and they can cause you problems from anywhere on the pitch.”
Cardiff won 47-31 in Colwyn Bay at the start of the season and won both matches last winter - 38-26 away and 34-26 at home.
“We’re expecting a tough match against them, similar to the last few seasons. It would mean a lot to get back to winning ways,” added Hudd.
“We know we are now in a really important block of fixtures against some good teams. It would also mean a lot to me as so far I haven’t won a game since returning from injury, and I’m looking to changing that this weekend.”
The Cup tie between Penarth and Lampeter has been moved to the Arms Park following the devastating fire experienced at Penarth at the start of this week which demolished their clubhouse.
It is hoped the game will help to raise funds for the Seasiders to help them rebuild their home.
Swansea’s home clash with Pontypool fell foul of the weather on Friday, while Ebbw Vale consolidated their lead at the top with another double bonus victory.
This time they won at Aberavon, 45-24, scoring seven tries.
Second place Llandovery will host resurgent Newport at Church Bank as they attempt to hand onto Ebbw’s coat tails.
The Drovers are unbeaten in all five home league games to date this season, while Ty Morris’ Black & Ambers have won their last four in a row after failing to post a win in the first five games of their campaign.
The other game sees Carmarthen Quins put their unbeaten home record on the line against a Bridgend side that beat them 27-24 at home earlier in the season.
Quins will have Iori Badham and Gabe McDonald in their back line a week after they made their Scarlets debuts in the URC in the 23-0 win over Glasgow Warriors.
