Despite making nine signings already this summer, Swansea City could yet be active in the final stages of the transfer market.
Zeidane Inoussa, Bobby Wales, Ricardo Santos, Cameron Burgess, Ethan Galbraith, Kaelan Casey, Paul Farman, Malick Yalcouye and Marko Stamenić have all joined the Swans - while Melker Widell has also been fully integrated having initially been signed in January.
The midfield is well and truly stocked at present, even after the retirement of club legend Joe Allen and the end of Lewis O'Brien's loan spell.
But while there are three areas in particular that are at the forefront of Swansea's minds when it comes to their hopes of further bolstering the squad over the coming days, there is one in particular that is a clear priority.
The Swans have explored the possibility, to varying degrees in each case, of recruiting Oli McBurnie, Kevin Carlos and Richard Kone among others this summer.
Having only managed to bring in Bobby Wales - who is viewed as a long-term project by the club's coaching staff - from Kilmarnock when it comes to their frontline options, the Swans are still sorely lacking a top centre forward.
It also follows the departures of Jerry Yates and Mykola Kuharevich earlier this summer.
Zan Vipotnik is the man the club had been prepared to offload should they manage to bring in a striker who they feel could be as close to a top goal scorer they have had since Joel Piroe left to join Leeds in the summer of 2023.
It makes even more sense after academy product Liam Cullen - who, in fairness to Vipotnik, hasn't managed to shine of late either - signed a new contract just shy of a year ago to remain with his boyhood club until June 2028.

The Slovenia international seemingly alluded to the speculation surrounding his future when celebrating his 82nd minute equaliser which earned Alan Sheehan's men a point against Watford last Saturday.
And he provided another perfect response to the exit rumours with a thumping hit in the EFL Cup second round contest with Plymouth.
The Swans now appear to be closing in on one vital piece of the jigsaw with Celtic striker Adam Idah poised to join on a permanent deal.
The 24-year-old - who moved to Celtic from Norwich City for £9.5m a year ago - is understood to be having a medical this weekend
The goalkeeping situation looks settled given that Paul Farman has arrived to provide back-up to Lawrence Vigouroux and Andy Fisher.
At centre-back, Cameron Burgess, Ricardo Santos and Kaelan Casey have added options following Harry Darling's switch to Norwich while the Swans are truly blessed with an array of talent in the middle of the park as things stand.
It could lead to exits, with Ollie Cooper in the frame to secure a switch away from the Swansea.com Stadium given his lack of game time this season - with the Wales international yet to feature in the Championship.
That lack of action has already cost Cooper his place in Craig Bellamy's Wales squad.

Similar could well apply to Jay Fulton, although the Scot could yet see out the final year of his contract at the club before bringing an end to his more than decade-long Swansea career.
The wider positions of the team are still being assessed.
Nathan Tjoe-A-On and Kristian Pedersen - who both operate on the left side of defence - saw their disastrous spells with the club come to an end following the conclusion of the 2024-25 campaign, leaving Josh Tymon as the only recognised left-back in Sheehan's ranks.
That is certainly an area where more depth is needed - although having had the one-year extension option in his contract triggered in mid-August, Tymon will remain as first choice in that area.

Elsewhere, Swansea are looking at the possibility of adding another winger prior to Monday's transfer deadline - with that situation potentially becoming slightly more pressing should Josh Ginnelly find himself a new club following an injury-hit two seasons in south Wales combined with Florian Bianchini's loan move to Portsmouth.
However, when asked after the penalty shootout win over Plymouth if he was hopeful of more arrivals, Sheehan said: "I'm not sure yet. I need to speak to the recruitment team and see where we're at. That's as honest as I can be."
There is a real excitement at the business Swansea have competed so far this summer - but there is an acceptance that the acquisition of a goalscoring number nine remains pivotal if the club are to challenge for a top six place under Sheehan this season.
